Restaurant Manager
As the Restaurant Manager for our busy establishment in Mauren, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your main duties will include managing the staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a profitable business. This role requires a highly organized and experienced individual who can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to provide exceptional service to our customers
- Create schedules and manage payroll for all employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and cost control measures
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Filipino languages is an asset)
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a valid biometric passport (if not from Liechtenstein)
