Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Mauren, Liechtenstein



We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Mauren, Liechtenstein. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, delivering excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staff management, inventory control, budgeting, and ordering supplies
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales figures and implementing cost-cutting measures when necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for the best prices on ingredients and supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Outstanding communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff to achieve goals
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education:
A degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field is preferred. However, relevant work experience will also be considered.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with potential bonuses based on performance.

Location:
Our restaurant is located in Mauren, Liechtenstein. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who have the necessary work permits or are eligible for one.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract position with an initial contract period of 1 year. The contract may be extended or made permanent based on performance.
