Position: Network and Systems Administrator
Location: Izhevsk, Russia (open to all nationalities)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and security. You will also be responsible for managing and troubleshooting any issues related to the systems used by the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain computer networks within the organization
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, anti-virus software, and other security measures
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access rights
- Install and maintain hardware and software systems used by the organization
- Plan for future network expansion or upgrades as needed
- Provide technical support to end-users when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in network administration tools such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP protocols etc.
- Experience with installing and maintaining server hardware such as routers, switches etc.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
