Facade Technician - Shan, India


We are hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Shan, India. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain building facades according to design specifications
- Repair any damage or defects in facades
- Perform routine inspections to ensure safety and functionality of facades
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of facades during building construction
- Use specialized equipment and tools to complete facade installations and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Knowledge of different facade materials and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and understand design specifications
- Experience using specialized tools and equipment for facade work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Physically fit, able to lift heavy materials and work at heights if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in facade technology or a related field
- Previous experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
