Facade Architect



As a Facade Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of building facades. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and aesthetically pleasing facades that meet safety, durability, and energy efficiency standards. Your job duties will include conducting site visits to evaluate existing structures, creating detailed design plans and specifications, selecting appropriate materials and systems, and managing the construction process to ensure quality and timely completion. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for any facade-related issues that may arise during or after construction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design and construction
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards related to facades
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, or other relevant design software
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan (open to candidates from any nationality)
