We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in the charming city of Vianden. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high quality of service and maintain a positive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu offerings
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Organize and oversee special events and promotions
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control measures
- Familiarity with restaurant software (e.g. POS systems)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Valid work permit for Vianden (own visa jobs accepted)
