Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator


Our company in Ashdod is seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and systems administration, as well as experience in troubleshooting and maintaining computer networks. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate solutions
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
- Provide technical support to employees for network-related issues
- Perform regular backups of data and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to the network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience working as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
