We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Shan, India. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to design plans
- Ensure proper wiring and connections for efficient energy production
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on solar systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with solar systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of electrical and wiring systems
- Familiarity with solar energy systems and components
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physical strength to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills
