Babysitter - Full Time in Hawalli


We are seeking a reliable and responsible babysitter to care for children on a full-time basis in Hawalli. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and is looking for a job without the requirement of speaking English. The ideal candidate should be from Nepal or Kenya and must have experience working with children, although formal experience is not necessary. Accommodation will not be provided, so it is essential that the candidate is able to commute to the family's home in Hawalli. This position is open to women only. The salary for this role is 1200$, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

The main responsibilities of the babysitter include providing supervision and care for children, preparing meals, engaging in activities with them, and ensuring their safety at all times. The candidate should also be comfortable handling basic tasks such as diaper changing, bathing, and putting children to bed.

The ideal candidate should be patient, nurturing, and able to multitask effectively. They should also have good communication skills to interact with both children and parents. Previous experience working with young children would be an advantage but not a requirement.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. However, some flexibility may be required based on the needs of the family. Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be requested but will be compensated accordingly.

Requirements:
- Must hold Nepali or Kenyan nationality
- Ability to work full time in Hawalli
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Must have basic knowledge of child care practices
- Good communication skills
- Must have a valid visa/residency in Kuwait
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
