We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our office staff and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
This position is open to Indian nationals who have a valid biometric passport. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We offer part-time positions as well as accommodation for those who require it.
