Office Assistant in Sofia, Bulgaria
We are in search of an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Help with project coordination by tracking deadlines and communicating with team members
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required
Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
