Office Assistant for a Busy Office in Sofia, Bulgaria
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our busy office in Sofia, Bulgaria. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment and be able to work independently while handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as needed
- Managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary
- Creating and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing travel arrangements for staff members
- Performing general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience working in an office environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.
Location: This position is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
