English Tutor (Contract) - Ufa, Russia
We are seeking a qualified English Tutor to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an English Tutor, your main responsibility will be to provide private language instruction to students of varying ages and levels. You will be responsible for creating lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and providing feedback to students and their parents.
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching English as a second language and possess strong communication skills. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $900 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we can offer assistance in finding suitable housing. Visa sponsorship is also available for international candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide private language instruction to students of varying ages and levels
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and their parents
- Utilize various teaching methods and materials to enhance learning experience
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance
- Attend professional development workshops or trainings as required
Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for different age groups and learning styles
- Flexibility in scheduling and location (ability to travel within Ufa)
