Our healthcare facility in Washington is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a contract basis. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This is a contract position without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Educate patients on their health conditions and provide them with necessary resources for self-care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create comprehensive treatment plans
- Adhere to all nursing standards, protocols, and regulations

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Washington
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1400 per month (based on experience)
