Content Moderator



We are hiring a Content Moderator to join our team in Triesen. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content on our platform to ensure it meets our community guidelines and standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to make quick decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content including text, images, and videos
- Identify and address any violations of community guidelines or terms of service
- Communicate with users to resolve any issues or concerns regarding their content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for content moderation

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional fluency in other languages is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to make quick decisions while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content moderation or community management in an online environment
- Familiarity with Indian culture and customs
- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Access to accommodation near our office in Triesen (this can be discussed further during the interview process)

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1700$ per month. We also offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the company.
