A busy florist shop in Jerusalem is seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and design, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique and stunning floral arrangements according to client requests
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide recommendations for floral designs based on occasion, budget, and preferences
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Create displays for the shop that showcase our products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen to customer needs and make appropriate recommendations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to create intricate designs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing orders accurately
- Fluent English language skills required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
