We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Ashdod. This position is ideal for a Filipino national looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create schedules for staff, manage payroll, and handle any related administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that meet customer preferences and budgetary requirements.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a busy restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for administrative purposes.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
