Job Title: Indian Restaurant Manager
Location: Ashdod, Israel


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain restaurant standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient ordering and stocking of supplies
- Oversee the preparation of food and ensure that it meets quality standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in a restaurant environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and service
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus benefits.
