Head Chef


We are looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team in Jizan. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes to our customers. You will also be responsible for creating unique and delicious menus that showcase our restaurant's flavors and specialties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen workers
- Plan and create seasonal menus that incorporate fresh, local ingredients
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with management on budget planning and cost control measures
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining classic favorites
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is preferred)

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Jizan (Accommodation can be provided if needed)
