We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your main duties will include surveying and assessing the condition of historic buildings, creating preservation plans, overseeing restoration projects, and ensuring compliance with local and national preservation guidelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Experience working on historical preservation projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of local and national preservation guidelines and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and assessments of historic buildings
- Develop preservation plans for historical structures
- Oversee restoration projects, ensuring compliance with preservation guidelines
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the restoration process
- Provide guidance on appropriate materials and techniques for restoration
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients about project updates and timelines

Benefits:
This is a contract job with a competitive salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
