Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Perform data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with the organization of company events or promotional activities
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
