We are hiring a skilled and experienced Finisher Supervisor to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As the Finisher Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process of various projects and ensuring that the finished product meets our high-quality standards. Your main duties will include supervising a team of finishers, monitoring production processes, and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely project completion.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in finishing techniques and at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position. You should also possess excellent leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively with team members and management.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of finishers and provide guidance as needed
- Monitor finishing processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely project completion
- Train new employees on finishing techniques and company policies
- Maintain inventory of finishing materials and equipment
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the finishing process

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finisher Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Effective communication skills in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
