Construction Manager - Mauren, Kenya


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Mauren, Kenya. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and construction workers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
