Land Surveyor - Contract Position in Izhevsk, Russia

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis in Izhevsk. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine precise locations, boundaries, and elevations of land or features. You will also be responsible for preparing maps, reports, and legal documents related to the survey findings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
- Collect data on land features, structures, and boundaries using surveying techniques.
- Analyze survey data to establish property or land boundaries.
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey results.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate land surveys.
- Keep accurate records of all survey activities and findings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
