Job Title: Architecture Manager - Los Angeles, Canada


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, Canada. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architecture department, including project management, design, and construction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architecture department, including hiring and training new staff members
- Oversee all phases of projects from concept design to construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Review architectural drawings and plans for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in projects
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, techniques, and construction processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
$1700 per month (CAD)
