Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to students of various ages and abilities
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes student growth and development
- Establish clear learning objectives and assess student progress through regular evaluations
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Norwegian is not required)
- Passion for teaching and working with children/teenagers
- Ability to adapt to a diverse classroom environment
- Comfortable with using technology in the classroom

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this entry-level position. Additionally, we provide accommodation for our teachers as we understand the challenges of relocating to a new city.
