Metal Worker - Welder

A metal fabrication company in Shan is seeking a skilled Metal Worker/Welder to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, with accommodation provided.

As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal structures and components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This includes cutting, shaping, and joining metal pieces using various tools and techniques, such as welding, grinding, and drilling.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in metalworking and welding. However, we are open to considering candidates without experience if they have a strong willingness to learn and possess good manual dexterity skills. As this role involves working with various metals, knowledge of different types of metals and their properties is preferred.

As part of our team, you will work closely with other Metal Workers and Fabricators to ensure the timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for inspecting finished products for quality control.

This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions. Therefore, candidates must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will also possess good communication skills as you will need to collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with supervisors. You must also be able to follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
