Metal Worker



We are hiring an experienced Metal Worker to join our team in Shan, India. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and products according to client specifications. Your main duties will include cutting, bending, and welding metal pieces to create finished products such as gates, fences, and metal furniture.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of different types of metals and their properties. You must also possess excellent technical skills in cutting and shaping metal using various tools and equipment. Additionally, you should have good attention to detail and be able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Cut, bend, shape, and weld metal pieces using various tools such as saws, grinders, and welding equipment
- Assemble fabricated metal pieces into finished products according to client requirements
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations
- Communicate with clients or supervisors to discuss project progress or any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Metal Worker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Proficient in using various tools such as saws, grinders, welding equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
