We are a growing metal fabrication company in Shan, China seeking a skilled Junior Metal Fabricator to join our team. As a Junior Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for using various tools and techniques to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts for our clients' projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark dimensions of metal pieces using rulers, protractors, compasses, and other measuring instruments
- Cut metal pieces using shears, saws, or torches according to specifications
- Shape metal pieces using presses or hammers
- Weld or solder pieces together as needed
- Smooth and polish surfaces of finished products using grinders or sanders
- Check finished products for quality and accuracy before packaging them for delivery or installation

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working with various metals (steel, aluminum, etc.) in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with welding techniques and equipment preferred but not required
- Physical strength and dexterity to handle tools and materials safely
