Part-time Concierge for Indian Expats in Al-Rayyan

We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge to assist with the needs of our Indian expat community in Al-Rayyan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and facilitating a smooth and enjoyable experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in person, via phone, or email
- Coordinate transportation for residents as needed
- Make reservations for dining, events, and other activities as requested by residents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national living in Al-Rayyan or nearby areas
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset but not required

Salary: $900 per month (part-time)
