Floral Designer


As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide creative suggestions to bring their vision to life. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for floral design.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and budget
- Design and create custom floral arrangements using various types of flowers, foliage, and other materials
- Source and purchase fresh flowers from suppliers
- Prepare flowers for arrangements by cutting stems, removing thorns, and conditioning them properly
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely delivery of orders and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Floral Designer or similar role preferred
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and their care requirements
- Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box when designing arrangements
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one if non-national resident in Salalah

Salary:
As a Floral Designer in Salalah, you can expect a salary of 1700$ per month. However, salary may be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
