Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Your main duties will include washing dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment by hand or using dishwashing machines. You will also be responsible for keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitized, taking out trash, and restocking supplies.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Load, run, and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand
- Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Organize clean dishes in designated storage areas
- Keep kitchen area clean by sweeping, mopping floors and wiping down counters
- Take out trash regularly
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning products
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations is a plus
