Indian Restaurant Manager in Triesen
We are hiring an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Triesen. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Maintain food quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with chefs to develop menus that cater to Indian cuisine preferences.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices for ingredients and supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager in an Indian restaurant is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus).
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate.
