Junior Florist in Manama, Bahrain

We are in search of a creative and enthusiastic Junior Florist to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Junior Florist, you will assist our experienced florists in designing and arranging beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists in creating unique and visually appealing flower arrangements.
- Participate in the selection and purchasing of fresh flowers and other materials.
- Prepare and clean flowers for arrangement.
- Arrange flowers according to clients' preferences and event themes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral workshop.
- Assist with deliveries and installations when needed.

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and floral design.
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and arrangement techniques.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work with dexterity.

Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a course in floral design or have some experience working in a flower shop. However, we welcome individuals without any prior experience who are willing to learn on the job.
