Architectural Technologist - Part-Time

Are you passionate about architecture and looking for a part-time opportunity? We are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our team in Mauren. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and models
- Prepare building plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with regulations
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in architectural technology or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Previous experience is not required but considered an asset

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. We welcome candidates of all nationalities. Fluent English is required for this role.
