Job Title: Factory Machine Operator

As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in a manufacturing setting. Your duties will include monitoring machines, adjusting settings, and ensuring that production runs smoothly. You must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating machinery in a factory setting, but training will be provided for those without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machines in accordance with production schedule
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating machinery in a factory setting preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Zagreb, Croatia
