Factory Machine Operator

A factory in Zagreb is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in production. This includes setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a factory setting, who is able to work efficiently and follows safety protocols at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols
- Complete daily production reports accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a factory setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operations
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Safety-oriented mindset with knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment

Salary: $1800/month

This position is open to candidates of any nationality who have their own valid work visa for Zagreb. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must already have their own housing arrangements in place. This role is ideal for students or individuals seeking part-time or full-time employment. Fluent English is not required for this role, however basic communication skills are necessary.
