Carpenter

We are a construction company located in Herzliya and we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. You will work closely with our team of builders and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials required for each project
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to the specific design plans
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, doors, frames, floors, and trim made of wood or other materials
- Inspect structures to ensure they meet building codes and safety standards
- Repair damages or defects in existing structures using hand or power tools
- Collaborate with other contractors to coordinate tasks and timelines for projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in carpentry or relevant trade school degree
- Previous experience working on construction sites
- Strong communication skills in English

Salary: 1300$ per month
