Administrative Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and data entry clerks.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and schedule repairs or replacements as needed.
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring for office expenses.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide support to senior management by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Address employee concerns or issues related to administrative matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English. Knowledge of Malayalam is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing a team is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
