Hotel Sales Manager

We are in search of an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team and help drive sales for our hotel in Beer-Sheva. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry. They should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role requires someone who is highly motivated, able to work independently, and has a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue through various channels such as corporate partnerships, travel agencies, and online booking platforms. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key clients, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
- Proficiency in using sales management software
- Valid biometric passport (preferably with Israeli nationality)
- Availability to work full-time without accommodation provided
