Cashier (Entry-Level) - Sofia, Bulgaria



We are hiring an Entry-Level Cashier to join our team at a busy retail store in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for individuals with little to no experience who are looking to start their career in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly and helpful service
- Process sales transactions using the cash register and ensure accuracy of prices and discounts
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with integrity
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with locating products and answer any questions they may have
- Cross-sell and upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels when needed
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, exchanges, etc.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- No prior experience required, but previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred
- Must have strong math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
