Floral Designer/Florist

We are a busy flower shop located in Balzers, seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer/Florist to join our team. As a Floral Designer/Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and decorations for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other events. You will also assist with the day-to-day operations of the flower shop, including ordering and arranging flowers, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Floral Designer/Florist
- Proficient in floral design techniques and trends
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Bilingual in English and Urdu/Hindi is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral arrangements for various occasions using different types of flowers and plants
- Consult with customers to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and handling complaints or concerns
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering new flowers and supplies as needed
- Keep the flower shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with deliveries to customers or event venues when necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to come up with new design ideas or improve existing ones

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Balzers, however we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Balzers.
