Floral Designer


We are in search of a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team at a high-end flower shop located in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, events, and everyday bouquets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral arrangements
- Design and create unique and aesthetically pleasing floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, plants, and other materials
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and other materials needed for daily operations
- Follow current trends in the floral industry and incorporate them into designs
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work with sharp tools

Preferred Requirements:
- Degree or certification in Floriculture or related field
- Previous experience working at a high-end flower shop

Salary: $1300 per month
