We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numeric controlled (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and cutting. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality products according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to provided instructions.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating CNC machines is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of G-code programming is a plus.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced environment.
