Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Washington. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining network and system security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other related equipment
- Monitor system performance and maintain network security protocols
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data recovery in case of emergencies
- Assist with the implementation of new technology systems or upgrades
- Train employees on how to use new software or hardware as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware components, networks, printers, and other related equipment
- Experience with troubleshooting common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with benefits such as accommodation, free visa sponsorship, and round-trip ticket expenses.
