Nepali Architectural Designer in Balzers


We are seeking a talented and experienced Nepali Architectural Designer to join our team in Balzers. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. Your duties will include conducting site visits, collaborating with clients and engineers, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design projects
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using various software programs
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards in all designs
- Present design concepts to clients for feedback and incorporate their suggestions into the final design
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Balzers (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
