Part-Time Librarian Assistant - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain

Our library is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Librarian Assistant. This role is perfect for students or individuals looking for flexible work hours.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the library, including shelving books, organizing materials, and maintaining order in the library
- Help patrons locate books and resources, and provide basic information on library services
- Process new materials and ensure they are properly cataloged and shelved
- Assist with programming and events, such as story time for children or book clubs
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment for patrons to enjoy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with library systems and technology preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
