Junior Developer (English Speaking) - St-Petersburg, Russia

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Developer to join our dynamic team in St-Petersburg. As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers to design and develop software applications for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development principles and be proficient in at least one programming language. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, so candidates must have a valid biometric passport and be able to work in St-Petersburg without assistance. This position is open to both Canadians and foreigners, with preference given to English speaking candidates. Responsibilities:

- Assist senior developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Follow industry best practices for software development
- Continuously learn new technologies and techniques to improve skills

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in software development or related field
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C++)
- Strong understanding of software development principles and concepts (e.g. OOP, data structures)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Valid biometric passport (for foreigners)

Salary: $1500 per month
