Entry Level Concierge in Pokhara, Nepal


We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Concierge in Pokhara, Nepal. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their needs and inquiries, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Offer information about local attractions, events, and services
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other requests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local area preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

Salary: 1000$ per month (with free visa and ticket)
