Housekeeping Assistant

Our luxury hotel in Eschen is seeking a professional and reliable Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and efficient. The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, as well as excellent time management skills. They should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and change linens
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Assist with laundry services as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or room damages to supervisor
- Adhere to all safety procedures while using cleaning products and equipment
- Follow departmental policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Biometric passport required for this position
